Daquan Terrell Williams, a 19-year-old aspiring musician from Walterboro, South Carolina, went missing on January 8, 2011. Known as "Black Dot," Williams had celebrated his 19th birthday just two weeks prior. On the night of his disappearance, an altercation occurred near the intersection of Koth and Baker streets, just outside Walterboro’s town limits.
