In the late summer of 2016, the community of Walterboro, South Carolina, was unsettled by the violent death of one of its own. On September 10th, 28-year-old DQuan Sanders, a male resident of the town, was found deceased under circumstances that immediately pointed towards foul play. His death was the result of gun violence, a tragic end to a young life.
