Michael Shane Collins, aged 38, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2014, in Sunset, South Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:40 a.m., when deputies responded to a 911 call reporting a gunshot victim at 120 Hannah Road. Upon arrival, they found Collins deceased from a gunshot wound to the chest. The Pickens County Coroner, Kandy Kelley, confirmed that the cause of death was a gunshot wound.
