Alexandra Anita Santos, a 22-year-old woman from Easley, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on April 17, 2014. According to reports, Santos was accidentally shot by a 6-year-old boy while she was sitting in the front seat of a friend's car. The incident occurred when the child found a loaded gun in the backseat and fired it through the passenger seat, striking Santos in the back.
