Do you know who murdered Jessica Shadowens? In the early morning hours of October 16, 2015, in Louisville, Kentucky, 28-year-old Jessica Rae Shadowens was tragically killed. The female victim was inside a home in the Portland neighborhood, located at 28th and Northwestern Parkway, when a shooter opened fire. Shadowens suffered from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:24 a.m. She had been staying at the residence but was not a permanent resident.
