In December 2014, in Lancaster, South Carolina, 19-year-old Quatavia Robinson was found dead from a gunshot wound in a home on Clyburn Drive. Her boyfriend, Keishawn Omar McManus, who was 22 at the time, called 911 to report that he had come home to find that she had committed suicide. However, as investigators processed the scene and an autopsy was performed, the evidence began to contradict McManus's account of a self-inflicted wound.
