Daniel Levern Waiters, a 26-year-old resident of Florence, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 27, 2015. The incident occurred on Gladstone Street in Florence, where Waiters was fatally shot following an argument. The primary suspect in the case was Victor Bernard Johnson, Jr., who was 25 years old at the time. Johnson turned himself in to his attorney shortly after the incident and was subsequently charged with murder by the Florence police.
