In the late hours of a warm late summer evening in 2015, the life of 19-year-old Jamon Samuel Kay was tragically cut short. On September 4th, the young man from Anderson, South Carolina, was a passenger in a Ford Explorer, traveling with four other people along Highway 76 in Pendleton.
