Rachel Ann Lech, a 32-year-old pediatric nurse from Anderson, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on the night of September 22, 2015. The incident occurred around 10:30 PM on East Calhoun Street, where Rachel was shot multiple times in the chest and died at the scene.
