Damien L. Hewiett, a 22-year-old from Johnsonville, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2015, following a deadly shooting incident in Hemingway, SC. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. off State Highway 41 South. According to reports, the shooting was the result of a fight that broke out at "Club Recess". When law enforcement arrived at the scene, they found Hewiett deceased from a gunshot wound.
