In the late autumn of 2015, the community of Hartsville, South Carolina, was shaken by the untimely death of Romello Qumar Jacobs. A 21-year-old male, Jacobs was a graduate of Hartsville High School, where he had been a member of the Red Fox football team, sharing in the victory of a state championship. His life, however, was tragically cut short on the evening of Thursday, November 19, 2015.
