In the early morning hours of February 6, 2016, the life of Cecil Gilliam, a 40-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Woodruff, South Carolina. Woodruff police were dispatched to a house on Sharpe Street around 4 a.m. following a report of a disturbance involving a weapon. Upon arrival, they discovered Gilliam, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He ultimately succumbed to his injuries, having been shot seven times.
