Cecil Gilliam, a 40-year-old resident of Woodruff, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Woodruff Police responded to a call about a disturbance involving a weapon on Sharpe Street. Upon arrival, officers found Gilliam suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Gilliam succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
