In the early morning hours of November 2, 2019, the life of Jordan Lamar Nash, a 26-year-old Black male from Greenville, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. Deputies from the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Pearson Road in Woodruff at approximately 1:15 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Nash inside a vehicle, having sustained what appeared to be a fatal gunshot wound.
