In the spring of 2016, the life of 25-year-old Chance Chad Tate was tragically cut short on the evening of April 18th in Anderson, South Carolina. Tate, a male resident of the city, was discovered on H Street at approximately 9:45 p.m., having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
