Tiquan L. Oakman, a 22-year-old resident of Warrenville, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2016. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on Boucher Court in Warrenville. According to reports, Oakman was involved in an argument with several other men when one of them pulled out a weapon and shot him. Oakman died at the scene from his injuries.
