In the pre-dawn hours of November 28, 2018, the quiet of a Warrenville, South Carolina neighborhood was shattered by gunfire that would end the life of 39-year-old Travis Young, a Black male. The violent encounter unfolded around 5:00 a.m. in front of Young's residence on Keith Drive.
