Michael Andy McMillan, aged 30, tragically lost his life on August 18, 2016, in West Columbia, South Carolina. According to reports, McMillan was fatally shot on Double Branch Road during the morning hours. The investigation into his death revealed that Roscoe Holmes III, a 23-year-old man from West Columbia, was charged with murder in connection to the shooting. Holmes was also charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
