Jaquelle Dinkins, a 17-year-old from Wedgefield, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2016. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when neighbors reported hearing gunshots on the 200 block of Apollo Street. Upon arrival, deputies found Dinkins unresponsive, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound to his back. The community was left in shock and mourning as they grappled with the sudden and violent loss of a young life.
