Charles Stanton Barnett, aged 50, was found dead on November 9, 2016, in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. His death was ruled a homicide by the Greenville County Coroner, Parks Evans. Barnett was discovered inside a home on Little Texas Road alongside another victim, Charles Rodgers, aged 69. Both men had suffered fatal gunshot wounds; Barnett was shot in the pelvis, while Rodgers was shot in the head.
