Wayne Bell, a 28-year-old resident of Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 12, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours outside a Waffle House located on Stoneridge Drive, near Greystone Boulevard and I-26. According to reports, Bell was fatally shot while attempting to intervene in an argument between two men. The altercation escalated, resulting in Bell being shot in the parking lot of the restaurant.
