In the spring of 2017, the life of 33-year-old Paul George Glover of North Charleston, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. On the evening of March 22nd, Glover was in the vicinity of Townsend and Midland Park roads with a 31-year-old woman, Michelle Vanessa Osorio. The pair were targeted in a drive-by shooting, and both sustained gunshot wounds to the head. Glover succumbed to his injuries nine days later, on March 31, 2017. Osorio, however, survived the brutal attack.
Her bicycle was found at the scene in a driveway when deputies arrived.
The investigation into the shooting quickly pointed to two suspects: 33-year-old Abner Irizarry Rodriguez and 25-year-old Eddie Xavier Quinones Feliciano, both residents of Rivers Avenue in North Charleston. Detectives uncovered that Osorio had been involved in an altercation with Rodriguez and Feliciano earlier on the same evening as the shooting. Following the incident, the two men turned themselves in to Charleston County sheriff's deputies on April 12, 2017. They were subsequently charged with murder in connection with Glover's death, as well as attempted murder for the shooting of Osorio, and possession of a firearm during a violent crime.
