In the quiet, rural setting of Anderson County, South Carolina, a family tragedy unfolded on a Monday afternoon in March of 2017, ending in the death of 23-year-old Otto Thomas Mahsetky Jr. The young man, a male, was fatally shot at a residence on Cloverhill Drive. The person responsible for the shooting was his own sister.
