Carley Sinah Mack, a 4-year-old girl from Spartanburg, South Carolina, tragically passed away on June 16, 2017. The incident occurred in the family home on Whitener Avenue, where Carley was accidentally shot by her 6-year-old sibling. According to the Spartanburg County Coroner's office, Carley was pronounced dead at Spartanburg Medical Center shortly after the shooting.
