In the late hours of a September evening in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the life of 22-year-old Jadasia Monique Myers, a Black female, was tragically cut short. On September 24, 2017, Myers, who was five months pregnant with a daughter she planned to name Harmony, was fatally shot in the neck.
