Cisco Vandelly Knightner Jr., a 17-year-old from Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2018. Cisco was reportedly playing video games with friends at a home on Benedict Street when an altercation occurred. According to the Columbia Police Department, a 16-year-old friend of Cisco's drew a gun and shot him shortly after midnight. The incident left Cisco's family and community in shock, as they grappled with the sudden and violent loss of a young life.
