On May 31, 2018, in Timmonsville, South Carolina, 14-year-old Nykerria Shanyia Jackson was tragically shot and killed in her home. The gunman also took the lives of her 11-year-old sister, Breyanna Priscilla Jackson, and their 39-year-old mother, Cheirese Lutricia Smith Jackson.
