Joshua Antwan Powell, a 29-year-old resident of Georgetown, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 12, 2018. Powell was found in bushes near a KFC on Highmarket Street, having been shot multiple times. Despite being rushed to the Medical University of South Carolina, he succumbed to his injuries the following morning. The incident occurred close to the Georgetown Police Department, highlighting the brazen nature of the crime.
