On August 27, 2018, the life of 23-year-old Josias Noe Hernandez was tragically cut short in Greenville, South Carolina. In the early morning hours, at approximately 12:15 a.m., a passerby made a grim discovery at the intersection of Fairmont Drive and Crestfield Road. They found Hernandez lying in the road, struggling to breathe, and immediately alerted the authorities.
When deputies from the Greenville County Sheriff's Office arrived at the scene, they found that Hernandez had
