On August 27, 2018, the life of 23-year-old Josias Noe Hernandez was tragically cut short in Greenville, South Carolina. In the early morning hours, at approximately 12:15 a.m., a passerby made a grim discovery at the intersection of Fairmont Drive and Crestfield Road. They found Hernandez lying in the road, struggling to breathe, and immediately alerted the authorities.
