Exavier Washington, a 35-year-old resident of Summerville, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 4, 2019. He was found shot to death in an apartment located at 3336 Kraft Avenue in North Charleston. The incident occurred around 3 p.m. when a 9-1-1 caller reported a bullet coming through their wall from a nearby apartment.
