In the late summer of 2019, the life of Marcus Emmanuel Griffin, a 27-year-old man from Greenville, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of Tuesday, August 27, 2019, Griffin was fatally wounded in a shooting incident. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene on Westbrook Drive to investigate the violent encounter that ended a young man's life.
