In the late summer of 2019, the life of a young man named Jerel Kyler Borden-Gadson was tragically cut short in Florence, South Carolina. At the age of 25, the male victim passed away on September 23, 2019. Originally from Pittsfield, Massachusetts, where he was born on January 4, 1994, he had moved to South Carolina during his elementary school years. He would go on to graduate from Darlington High School in 2012, where he was a proud and active member of the Marching Falcons Drumline.
