In the quiet of a November evening in North Charleston, South Carolina, the lives of two young men were tragically cut short. On November 10, 2019, 21-year-old Tariq Matthews and 20-year-old Nathaniel Delesline were fatally wounded in a shooting that unfolded on Prospect Drive. The Charleston County Coroner's Office confirmed that both men died at the scene from gunshot wounds.
