Tariq Matthews, a 21-year-old resident of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2019, in a shooting incident in North Charleston. The Charleston County Coroner's Office identified Matthews and another victim, 20-year-old Nathaniel Delesline, as the individuals who died from gunshot wounds at the scene. The incident occurred around 8:52 PM on the 2400 block of Prospect Drive.
