Mel'lisha Jackson, a 26-year-old resident of Graniteville, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on December 17, 2019. She and her one-year-old son, Elijah Jackson, were found in her mother's apartment at the Kalmia Apartments complex. According to the Aiken County Coroner's Office, Mel'lisha was pronounced dead at the scene, while Elijah succumbed to his injuries at AU Medical Center shortly after.
