Kerolos Mina Zaky, a 15-year-old from Spartanburg, South Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on December 19, 2019, in Piedmont, SC. His body was discovered in a car on Mansion Circle with at least one gunshot wound. The Greenville County Coroner's Office confirmed his identity and the cause of death as a gunshot wound.
