Do you know who murdered Aqeel Salem Alshemary? In the early morning hours of a cold February day in south Louisville, a sense of disquiet settled over Ivy Ridge Lane. It was around 4 a.m. on Sunday, February 3, 2019, when the sound of a gunshot shattered the stillness, prompting calls to the Louisville Metro Police Department. When officers from the 3rd Division arrived at the 1700 block of the residential street, they found a man suffering from a critical gunshot wound.
