Cory Long, a 36-year-old resident of Loris, South Carolina, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on March 4, 2020. According to reports, Horry County police responded to a call around 2 a.m. regarding a shooting near the area of Flag Patch Road and Log Cabin Road. Upon arrival, they found Cory Long with a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to McLeod-Loris Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
