George Adam Slade, a 45-year-old resident of Greenville, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on June 13, 2020. The incident occurred on McGarity Street in Greenville County, where Slade was found with gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to Greenville Memorial Hospital but succumbed to his injuries less than an hour later.
