Danielle Jermaine Dixon, a Black male known affectionately as "Man," was discovered deceased on July 31, 2020, in the Newtown community of Dillon County, South Carolina. The discovery was made after deputies responded to a report of a shooting in the area, which had shaken the local residents. Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene to find the victim had sustained fatal injuries from gun violence.
