Keith Rouse, age 35, male, was shot early on Saturday, August 16, 2025, on McLain Street in the Lamar community of Darlington County, South Carolina. First responders and investigators converged on the 100 block of McLain Street before dawn, and state agents from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division assisted on scene.
