In the early hours of August 2, 2020, in Cayce, South Carolina, gunfire erupted on the 1100 block of Allen Street, forever altering the lives of several families. When officers from the Cayce Department of Public Safety arrived at the scene around 2 a.m., they discovered a grim tableau. Twenty-year-old Isiah Bailey was found with gunshot wounds and died at the scene.
