In the winter of 2023, the life of 19-year-old Travis Antwan Fuller Jr., a male, was cut short in an eruption of violence in Cayce, South Carolina. The fatal encounter unfolded on the night of December 11th at the Abbott Arms Apartments on Wilkinson Street.
