Deborah Elaine Buchanan, a 68-year-old female, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020, in a tragic incident at her place of business in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The event unfolded around 1:15 p.m. at the H&R Block located on Main Street, a business she owned. Authorities who arrived at the scene discovered two individuals deceased.
