LeMarcus Raekwon Martin, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot in his hometown of Greenville, South Carolina, on Monday, October 5, 2020. The incident that led to his death unfolded in the parking lot of a local business. Martin had attempted to intervene in a dispute between his sister and Jaqueze Mikal Butler-Mcrae, the father of her children. It was at this point that Butler-Mcrae allegedly shot Martin. He was transported to Prisma Health Upstate, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. ...
