In the spring of 2021, a 44-year-old woman named LaKisha Davis was in North Charleston, South Carolina, when her life was tragically cut short. On the evening of Wednesday, May 5th, events transpired that led to her untimely death. Ms. Davis was at a hotel in the city when she was fatally wounded by gunfire.
