In the early evening of June 25, 2021, the life of 22-year-old Jhontariouse L. Brisbon, a male resident of Columbia, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. Just before 8:30 p.m., the sound of gunfire pierced the air in the 100 block of Cardamon Court, prompting a ShotSpotter alert that dispatched Columbia Police Department officers to the scene. Upon their arrival, they discovered Brisbon lying outside a residence with visible injuries.
