Jamar Quinshaun Bush, a 22-year-old male, was fatally shot on July 7, 2021, on the 800 block of Dillon Avenue in Aiken, South Carolina, the same block where he resided. Known to his friends as 'Blizz,' Jamar was described as a respectful, quiet, and humble person with a talent for music. He was educated in the Aiken County public school system.
