On a grim Sunday night, the 19th of December, 2021, the life of 31-year-old Steven Wayne Neese of Piedmont, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. In the quiet community near Liberty, South Carolina, the stillness of the evening was shattered around 10:40 p.m. by the sound of gunshots on Stewart Gin Road, prompting a 911 call.
