In the quiet city of Cayce, South Carolina, a grim discovery was made on a Monday morning in early January 2022. Inside a home on Circle Drive, the lives of two people were tragically cut short. Griselda Osorio Perez, a 45-year-old Hispanic female, was found deceased, the victim of a fatal shooting. Alongside her was Lamberto Blanco Menchor, a 43-year-old man from the nearby town of Elgin, who had also been shot and killed.
