In the early hours of Sunday, January 23, 2022, a night out turned tragic for Phillip Campbell, a 31-year-old Black male from Robeson County, North Carolina. The fatal incident occurred at Club Reflexxions, a nightclub located on Highway 301 North in the small community of Hamer, South Carolina.
