Death by Force

Stefon Jamerson, a 20-year-old resident of Columbia, South Carolina, was tragically found dead in the front yard of his home on May 23, 2022. According to the Richland County Coroner's office, Jamerson was shot to death at the 7900 block of Richard Street in Columbia. Deputies discovered him unresponsive at the scene around 7:00 p.m. on that Monday evening. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, and the case is still an active homicide investigation.
